The Systems IV SteamTech provides superior water filtration as well as proprietary water treatment technology proven to control scale problems in steam cookers. The SteamTech introduces FDA approved special treatment blend at a constant rate to maximize scale elimination. The SteamTech system is a complete steam cooker water treatment system that neutralizes scale forming water to provide a scale-free counter top or freestanding steam cooker. It also controls corrosion, chlorine and sediment to provide fresh, clean steam. This system is designed to be used on the boiler only with 2 water lines, not the condenser. The replacement cartridge for both stages should be replaced every 6 months and the cartridge pack is called STR and includes the ST1 and the ST2. During long cycles of operation, over 8 Hrs/day, replace the filers every 3 months to ensure highest quality water.
