We ship priority mail (usually 2-3 day shipping time) every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The latest you can order for it to go out the same day is 9AM. They come packed in a box enclosed in an envelope. The roaches are loose in the box. If your local temperatures are out of the 45-75 degree range, please request the package to be held at your post office, and purchase a heat pack, if cold, to keep your Live Arrival Guarantee intact.

We will replace all Dead On Arrival orders as long as the temperature in your area is between 45-75 degrees. If your local temperatures are out of the 45-75 degree range, please request the package to be held at your post office, and purchase a heat pack, if cold, to keep your Live Arrival Guarantee intact. It is the buyer's responsibility to check their local weather. THEY CANNOT SIT IN A MAILBOX OR PORCH IN HEAT OR COLD. We are not responsible for mail carrier delays. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 30 minutes of the time that is on your delivery confirmation number. USA only. No shipping to Florida, Alaska, or Hawaii.
