Gaylord Entertainment stock certificate- Minnie Pearl, Roy Acuff, Grand Ole Opry

Up for auction is a stunning stock certificate from the Gaylord Entertainment Company. Issued 2000. The vignette is, of course, Minnie Pearl & Roy Acuff, famed country singers and stars of the Grand Ole Opry.
Condition is fantastic. A few tiny staple holes, upper left. There are the usual tiny punch holes spelling the date 1-20-00 and initials CST from when the stock was registered, on the right edge. Several words handwritten.
I can find no other issued example of this certificate anywhere, as follows:
Gaylord Entertainment was founded in 1955 and merged into Westinghouse in 1997. They changed name to CBS Corp in 1997 which merged into Viacom on 5/4/2000. Gaylord certificates would all have been turned in for certificates from the new companies.
I don't know how this certificate survived. It's a decorative and rare document, very suitable for framing.
