    Description

    ENSYC Technologies Parts Lot
Consisting of three Optical Sensors (P/N DPB732WZ)
and 4/each of identical PCBs (see pics for Ensyc board designations).  Based on the little we know, these are
    sub-component
parts and boards for the controller.  This listing is for the pictured parts only.
Likely for their RFID UHF Short Range Controller, RF2400
Parts are aprox 2008 vintage but appear to never have been installed or used.
They are being sold “as-is” without any warranty or guarantee.
They are probably good as “parts” for a tinkerer.
Because these components are not my field of expertise, I have copied some text (SEE BELOW) from a May 2006 News Release.
Maybe there is someone out there needing these parts, or maybe a tinkerer would appreciate them.

“Ensyc Technologies Releases New Block RFID Reader/Writer"
Ensyc Technologies today announced the availability of its new RFID Block product. This device is a UHF RFID reader/writer designed for the desktop. It communicates with, and is powered by, a simple USB connection from your PC or laptop. Using EPC Compliant Class 1 Gen 1 or Gen 2 tags, this product makes it easy for the small to medium business to handle anything from meeting mandates to simply investigating the potential of RFID labeling for the supply chain. Developers will also find the Block a useful tool to aid in testing and validating applications designed for use in RFID enabled environments. With an industry leading price point of only 5.00, the RFID Block will open the doors for many businesses and developers to participate in RFID technology.
The Block uses a unique circular polarized antenna (patent pending) for orientation agnostic activation of RFID tags. It comes with a standard six foot USB cable, installation instructions and a CD containing documentation and a demo application that will allow the user full access to the Block's functions within minutes of connecting the device to their computer.
"If you are purchasing pre-encoded RFID labels from companies like Simply RFID, CDO Technologies, I Mobile or Miles Technologies, this product will allow you to verify their viability, and retrieve the information for input into your ASN," says Steve Jessup, CEO of Ensyc Technologies.
Additionally, if you currently produce your own Compliance labels in-house and simply need to add a properly encoded RFID label to be compliant; this product will serve that function simply and economically.
"There is no need to buy an expensive RFID-enabled label printer if you are already producing your compliance labels in-house," commented Jessup, "You can even use a Laser Printer."
