this is to ensure that your feeder insects arrive healthy and do not get stuck in shipping.
In less than 1% your roaches could arrive dead on arrival I will ask some questions and we will work it out. I want to make sure everyone has the best experience, and I will do everything to insure so. But please be around or have someone bring the package inside or hold it at the post office through the USPS app. I am not responsible for insects that arrive alive and healthy and die due to not bringing them inside within an hour or so of delivery.
I pack all orders with insulation and often include heat or cold packs free of charge depending on the circumstances.
