    Description

The certificate is dated December 1, 1920.  The company was incorporated in Delaware in 1919 and apparently made children's silent films.
In 1920 the company ran an ad advising that "the future of the nation depends largely upon the kind of Pictures we give our Children. It also said 22 million school children were absorbing their knowledge through motion pictures.
According to the United States Investor periodical in 1921 it was described as "a promotion with very little chance of success" and "one was taking a gambler's chance at buying this stock".
