Light rust as seen in photos.
All brackets are intact and work perfectly.
All original contents. According to inventory list on lid there are 2 items missing, 2-003-080 bandage compress 4" and 7-878-000 safety pins,  medium.
My Dad was in the Navy and in the Korean War. I  found this among his things so am assuming it was his during his service years.
Condition is Used.
