    Description

    Antique Southern & Richardson “Nest Knife.” Pre 1891 Sheffield Pocket Knife. Condition is "Used".
    This is a very neat knife made in Sheffield England. It was manufactured before 1891 as it does not have “England” stamped on the tang which was required for export after 1891.
    The knife is in very good condition with beautiful patinad blades with a very cool birds nest stamp/etching in the main blade and on the secondary tang. Both blades have cam tangs and snap very well in all positions.
    The handle covers are made from an ivory colored celluloid that are in good condition with only one minor scratch on the pile side (see pictures)
    Overall this is a very nice knife that would be great in any Sheffield knife collection, or as a nice carry piece.
